In her role, Deitra Crawley provides leadership and counsel on all legal matters impacting Groundswell, with a particular focus on contracts, compliance, and regulations. Deitra has over 20 years’ experience, including serving as a general counsel practitioner for multiple corporations, where she led corporate governance, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, legal and compliance departments, and complex dealmaking.
