What is a Community Resilience Center?
A trusted, community-run facility that keeps essential services available during disruptive events. When equipped with backup power, communications, and supplies, it can provide a safe place to charge devices, access information, and power critical services (like food, shelter, and connectivity) for surrounding neighborhoods.

Who should participate
We are seeking organizations in Caroline, Cecil, Dorchester, Kent, Montgomery, Prince George’s, Queen Anne’s, Somerset, Talbot, Wicomico, Worcester counties that are committed to equitable access and serving neighbors during emergencies, including:
