This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to deepen a career at the intersection of clean energy and social justice. The Director of Marketing and Communications (“MarComms”) will be instrumental in building a cohesive organization wide MarComms strategy, brand, and organizational voice. The Director will also set annual operational MarComms plans to inform the implementation of Groundswell’s day-to-day MarComms activities, set targets for expansion of brand reach, manage and cultivate public relations opportunities, establish metrics for routine evaluation of such activities, and oversee the MarComms Staff.
