With a strong background in growing and managing start-up operations, including customer-focused contact centers, coaching/mentoring, and business development, Chrissy is dedicated to driving positive change and delivering exceptional results.
As the leader of Groundswell's customer support team, Chrissy makes a heartfelt commitment to joyfully serving our subscribers with the spirit of generosity. Her commitment to inclusivity is evident in her establishment of an Advisory Committee of low-income subscribers, utilizing human-centered design principles to understand their needs, gather feedback, and shape the future direction of the SharePower platform. This initiative has provided invaluable feedback, enabling Groundswell to better meet the needs of the community we serve.
Outside of work, Chrissy is a passionate advocate for holistic wellness. She teaches yoga and promotes body positivity. She believes in the power of unconditional love and kindness to elevate individuals and communities, embodying these principles both on and off the mat.
