Chrissy Randolph, Manager of Customer Support, contributes a strong background in customer service, technical support, business development, coaching/mentoring, field operations, and retention to the Groundswell team. With more than 15 years of leadership experience and a genuine desire to drive change through love, Chrissy has been dedicated to serving local organizations through volunteering and fundraising efforts.
For the past 12 years, Chrissy has established a successful track record of growing, developing, and managing start-up operations, including customer-focused contact centers and a community-driven farmer's market. Most recently, she partnered with large utility and insurance companies to market, install, and support home security, smart-home automation, video surveillance, EV chargers, solar installations, and other energy-saving solutions across residential, commercial, and rental communities.
Chrissy grew up below the poverty line in Chester, Pennsylvania, and she has a strong passion for serving those in need. She has dedicated her life to raising the vibration of our planet through demonstrating acts of unconditional love and kindness. She teaches yoga and uses her platform to promote body positivity, as well as, love and non-judgment of oneself and others. With strong support from the community, she has hosted yoga fundraising events for many organizations, including the Hilda M. Barg Homeless Prevention Center, Streetlight, and ACTS of Prince William County.
