Emily Peck is the Subscriber Services Manager at Groundswell. She is responsible for processing customer data, overseeing tracking and analysis of solar project production data, and analyzing customer service data. Driven by her passion for promoting an equitable clean energy future, Emily is committed to using insights to give Groundswell subscribers an excellent customer experience.
Emily graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor’s in Economics and German with a minor in Environmental Studies. During her time at Michigan, Emily was a mentor for the Sustainable Living Experience, a living and learning community for freshmen interested in environmental sustainability. She also served as a student leader for the U of M Planet Blue initiative and shared the University’s sustainability goals and resources with hundreds of students, staff, and faculty.
A promoter of renewable energy and climate justice, Emily aspires to connect communities of all kinds to solar power. She believes there is power in numbers, and every home connected to solar makes a difference for the environment and for the community. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, gardening, baking, and exploring the great city of Washington, DC.
