Michael Reed leads Groundswell's energy programs and has over ten years’ experience working with communities around sustainability issues. Since joining Groundswell in 2013, Michael has worked to build programs and partnerships that deliver on Groundswell's mission to make the clean energy economy more equitable. Prior to Groundswell, Michael worked on alternative fuels and advanced vehicles in New York City. From 2008 to 2011, Michael served in the Peace Corps in Peru. Michael holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from New York University’s Wagner School of Public Service and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of California, San Diego.
