Tiffani Lawson brings a wealth of expertise in youth and community development, community engagement, and outreach to her role as the Resiliency Program Manager at Groundswell’s Energy Programs team. With over 15 years of dedicated service in the nonprofit youth development sector, Tiffani is committed to fostering safe and equitable spaces for socioeconomically disadvantaged youth and communities.

In her career, Tiffani has held leadership positions in organizations, including The City of Houston, YMCA, Grand St. Settlement, Inc., and The Children's Aid Society. Her contributions span community engagement and outreach, program management, program development, and youth development across vibrant cities such as Houston and New York City, covering neighborhoods like Washington Heights, the Bronx, and Brooklyn.

Tiffani is a proud alumna of Tennessee State University, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Communications. She furthered her education with a Master's degree in Youth Development from The City University of New York (CUNY). Beyond her professional endeavors, Tiffani is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Her passion extends to animals and international travel, reflecting her diverse interests and well-rounded personality.
