Larry Glover has spent his career of 30 plus years in executive roles with expertise in communications, strategic planning, and advertising. He has worked as a CPG marketing executive and as a Senior Advertising Executive. His corporate experiences include Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola, Sara Lee, and senior management at leading advertising agencies. He is an SME on multicultural marketing working across multiple brands/categories, including Consumer Package Goods, Energy, Financial Services, Not For Profits, Healthcare, Behavioral Change, and Government-regulated industries.
Larry is a Senior Advisor for marketing communications at Groundswell. He is Founder and Managing Partner of The Glover Group, a Communications Consulting firm. He has been a Senior Partner at Breakthrough Marketing Technology, who works across sectors to generate data-based insights to improve customer connections. Prior to Breakthrough, Larry was SVP Group Account Director at Carol H Williams advertising. His key focus today is building integrated communications platforms for clients trying to reach the exploding US Market consumer. As a core competency, Larry has led successful energy initiatives and has developed programs for corporate clients, governmental agencies, sports and entertainment, and not for profits.
Larry has served on industry committees and task forces, held board positions on marketing and advertising industry associations, lectured as a multicultural subject matter expert at conferences for the American Marketing Association, The 4As, The Business Chambers, and the American Management Association. He has and was recommended by industry associates and appointed by the former Governor of New Jersey to Chair a State regulatory agency.
