The Associate Director of Subscriber Services will hold responsibility for several elements of the subscriber management services team's day-to-day operations and growth, including working in partnership with the leads of other departments in the “ecosystem”, including Groundswell’s in-house customer service team, marketing and communications, tech, and data analytics. The Associate Director will participate in and monitor the delivery of subscriber management services, including data management, finance, and software development. The Associate Director of Subscriber Services will also manage client relationships, track and process various community solar cash flows, and contribute to continuous product development and process improvement. The Associate Director will not regularly interact with end customers (i.e., community solar subscribers) but will regularly interact with other stakeholders such as vendors and institutional subscriber management services clients, including solar project owners, representatives of government agencies, and third-party developers.
