Michael Leeds

Michael Leeds is Senior Vice President of Data Platform at Groundswell. In his role, Michael leads efforts to build out Groundswell’s SolMate data and AI platform, establishing a system that transforms complex data into actionable insights to simplify enrollment, automate eligibility, track savings, and streamline program operations.

Prior to joining the Groundswell team, Michael was a serial entrepreneur and executive known for founding, scaling, and guiding venture- and PE-backed companies — including VersionOne (acquired by CollabNet), Identified (acquired by Workday), Ayasdi (acquired by SymphonyAI), and Lexmark (from LBO to IPO). He currently advises early-stage ML, AI, and energy-tech ventures at Innovation Endeavors, shaping go-to-market strategy and revenue growth.

A Stanford Business School graduate and mentor to first-time founders, Michael is passionate about creating lasting value and prosperity. Beyond professional pursuits, he enjoys alpine lake swimming, hiking, fly fishing, and cooking with family and friends.
