Homeowners who participate in the Strong Homes Program can secure discounted efficiency services. Those savings combined with local and federal incentives help make energy upgrades more affordable.
A Payback Period is the time in which homeowners can expect the money they have invested to be returned through ongoing savings. For energy efficiency, this is most visible through savings on energy bills. Other benefits include improved health from better home air quality. This page will be updated with applicable programs. As of December 31, 2011, the Federal Residential Energy Efficiency Tax Credit expired.
